Scarlet is the central character in Scarlet Maiden, no surprises there. She’s a warrior type who’s mission is to take down Prime Evil. And she’ll do anything, even lewd activities, in order to achieve her goal.

Getting started is simple – you either play, quit, or adjust some settings.
So says lets shoot you straight. Scarlet Maiden’s main play is boobs. Every character in this game features large breast. Even the dudes are ripped with huge pectorals. Scarlet Maiden is a chesty experience to say the least.
There’s a 90s Nintendo Super Mario Bros. style of play going on as you, or Scarlet, traverse a number of dungeons.
Your character can die, but you get to come back, sometimes stronger.
Along the way, you guessed it, you’ll encounter lewd experiences.
The end of all dungeons feature a wicked character you must defeat in order to move on. It’s sort of like Tyson’s Punch Out, but not at all.
Scarlet Maiden moves at a hyper-fast pace throwing lots of action at the gamer on a near constant level. The sexier moments are plentiful and fetishy.
The overall graphics are solid and again, remind us of old school (but updated) outputs. All graphics are responsive and the details, such as whenever you clash with another character, are spirited to say the least.
The audio is decent and features a wide variety of “zaps” and of course, “moans.”
The game itself has the main character jumping constantly, again, reminding us of Super Mario Bros. This style of game has an addictive quality to it because the action sequences never end.
You can play Scarlet Maiden for hours. It’s a deep game that goes on for a while.
