There isn’t much better than free, is there?
Amazon is offering up free games that will be included in their memberships this month. Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, Chivalry 2 and Rise of the Tomb Raider won’t cost you a thing.
The deal begins on July 16th. At midnight, you’ll have 48 hours to cease the moment and add them into your library via the Epic Games Store. After that, the promotion expires, and you’re out of luck.
Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League is an action-adventure shooter game set in the Batman: Arkham universe. The game follows Task Force X, a.k.a. the Suicide Squad, comprised of Harley Quinn, Deadshot, Captain Boomerang, and King Shark. They are sent on a mission by Amanda Waller to Metropolis, which is under attack by the alien invader Brainiac.
The Suicide Squad soon discovers that Brainiac has brainwashed most of the Justice League, including Superman,Batman, and The Flash. The Squad is then tasked with the impossible mission of taking down their former allies to save the world.
The game features intense third-person combat, a variety of unique character abilities, and a focus on cooperative gameplay. While the game has received mixed reviews due to its always-online requirement and some gameplay elements, it offers an exciting and action-packed story set in the DC universe.
Chivalry 2 is a multiplayer first-person slasher set in a medieval fantasy world. It immerses players in the brutality and chaos of large-scale medieval warfare, featuring intense melee combat with a variety of weapons like swords, axes, bows, and more.
The graphics in this one are pretty dope.
Rise of the Tomb Raider follows Lara Croft on her journey to uncover the lost city of Kitezh and the secret to immortality, after discovering clues in her late father’s research. She travels to the harsh wilderness of Siberia, facing off against a ruthless organization called Trinity who is also seeking the city’s power.
Look, none of these games are all that great, which is likely why they made this year’s free list. Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League has an especially poor rating and absurdly treacherous comments. But free is free. When you don’t have to pay for the experience, you’ll enjoy it a bit more.
