The plot is pandemic driven, featuring fireflies as a hopeful cure. Much of the gameplay sets itself in Wyoming, but travel throughout the states does occur.
And of course, there are those sex scenes.

Owen clearly drank himself into a mild stupor, something that Abby seems both perturbed by and opportunistically turned on by.
