What Is Lust Theory Season 2?
Lust Theory Season 2 is the follow up to Season 1, which featured an awkward bro searching for love but continually finding himself stepping on his own feet in the process.
Inceton Games launched Lust Theory Season 2 only a few weeks ago and the game is off to a furious start as its one of the most played adult games on Steam.
Lust Theory, at its core, is a point and click experience that features erotica style dialogues which evolve into a story. So you must love reading. You’ll journey through unique places and meet all types of people, but the focus is on interactions with attractive women.
There are a variety of paths you can choose to take and endings you can experience. The entire storyline occurs during a week’s worth of time. You’ll be assigned daily tasks to complete. If you fail to complete a task within an specific time limit, you must wait a full 24 hours to try again.
Your a guy who lives in a home with several women. There names are Elizabeth, Jessica, and Megan. You’re a bit of a dull guy. You are in college and you love gaming. Your character is embattled due to a lot of previous poor choices that have nothing to do with you, but you’ll need to right the ship.
Most of the issues in your life have to do with your relations with the women you live with and their friends. You’ll need to right some wrongs. The idea is that you pursue romantic relationships with each girl.
If you don’t make good decisions, your day repeats itself. And as a whole, you should understand that Lust Theory Season 2 can repeat your day over and over, at least until you get things right.
The game begins with a female narrator helping to orient you to the game. She’ll introduce you to all the main female characters you’ll encounter throughout play.
The dialogue stays below throughout the game which is typical of most novel style setups.
Graphics
Overall, Lust Theory Season 2 graphics are on point. There’s a lot of detail and the focus is on life-like people. There’s a bit of that “perfection” play that injects the fantasy portion. In other words, humans should have some flaws aesthetically, when they don’t, it’s more of a fantasy. And that’s fine because that’s the gaming atmosphere Lust Theory aims to achieve – and they do so in spades as you can see below.
There’s not much animation. The images change in way that shifts characters to some degree which feels a bit animated, but it’s not true animation. However, for a visual novel, these graphics are pretty potent. There’s definitely a lot of attention to detail throughout the experience.
All the characters faces display emotion, from happiness to anxiety to depression. Its a pretty authentic experience.
Conclusion
Lust Theory Season 2 is a good continuation to season 1. It’s a new Steam game that’s currently rising in “most played” games on Steam. The graphics are pretty dope and the story is more than decent.
