Unless you’ve been living in a cave, or too inundated in Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce, you probably know that the next installment to the Grand Theft Auto series is lingering for launch. But no one seems to know when GTA 6 will officially launch.
However, it seems like this morning, we might.
According to Chris Marx, who goes by the Twitter handle, MarxxChris, GTA 6 is arriving on October 26th.
“I can now confirm that Grand Theft Auto VI announcement is set to release on 26 October 2023.”
And before you get uptight over this, Marx isn’t some random GTA fanboy. He’s got a reputation for nailing these things.
That said, October 26th as a launch date seems rather aggressive. Rockstar’s social media has been pretty quiet lately, something they tend to do right before big launches.
In the end, who really knows? One thing is for sure, when GTA 6 does launch, it will be massive and potentially record-breaking. The people want their GTA, that’s for sure.
