Keanu reeves is one of the more interesting Hollywood celebrities out there. He’s enigmatic, often the picture of odd memes with deep quotes he either did or did not express. He was recently pictured smoking cigs, barefeet, following Jiu Jitsu training (he’s still in his gi pants, bro is so wild).
Now, Keanu is suggesting he’d be down for sex with fans, at least in a virtual reality world.
Say what?
Let’s get some context before our reader’s heads implode simultaneously. Keanu is reviving his famous Neo character from the original Matrix series alongside Carrie-Anne Moss in its latest installation, “The Matrix Resurrections.”
As a way to promote “The Matrix Resurrections” to fans, the studio released a game called “The Matrix Awakens: An Unreal Engine 5 Experience.” The game is a super hypnotic experience that involves virtual reality Matrix ecosystems.
The actor made the bizarre, yet riveting statements during an interview with Verge regarding the new Matrix movie.
“Think of how much money is in porn,” Reeves said in the interview. “You wouldn’t even have to be there, and people could have digital sex with your digital avatar.”
Reeves was also referring to his sultry Cyberpunk 2077 character which features him as Silverhand. Cyberpunk sex scenes and Reeves are probably the only two good points about this game (so far, it is updating and fixing its launch mistakes, however).
For Trinity fans, however, the news was less appealing. Carrie-Anne Moss, who plays Trinity, scoffed at the idea of having sex with any of you, even of the virtual nature.
“I, on the other hand, say no thank you,” Moss laughed.
At least she laughed (but probably at you).
“The real world is almost ahead of our science fiction,” Reeves He went on. “Wow.”
Reeves finds the metaverse more than interesting and even goes so far as to mock Facebook for pretending they are inventing it.
“Can we just not have metaverse be invented by Facebook? The concept of metaverse is like way older than that. It’s like a way older, and so for that moment to get to… I’m just like, ‘Come on, man.’”
Maybe eventually Reeves has a virtual reality sex-fest as his lavish metaverse home for fans around the world?
Some of you freaks can only dream, I suppose. Not sure this means Keanu pops up in Holodexxx’s virtual reality world anytime soon.
But Reeves certainly has a point about Facebook and the metaverse. Reeves laughed at the concept of NFTs. But you know who isn’t laughing? The bro who sold an NFT yacht for over $600k in cold hard cash, that’s who.
