MILFS of Sunville is a visual novel, semi dating simulation adult game. But mostly, this game reflects the visual, erotic novel genre.
The plot is rather simple. The main character is a bro from a big city. His dad for some reason doesn’t want him around, so he leaves for a small beach town. He doesn’t love the town and has no income given his dad cut him off. That said, the town is ripe with ritzy suburban women who seem to be on the prowl for a good time.
And by good time, we mean..
The bro could go to college, get an education, and eventually end up an underpaid schlep like the rest of us. But instead, he decides to mingle in MILF world with the horny socialite women. And they’ll take care of him. After all, he’s the new blood in town.
Now, about those MILFS.
The MILF market is a strange one. When it first began, it reflected older, more sophisticated women on the prowl. But MILFS of Sunville seems to fall more in-line with what we’ve come to view as the MILF market: Younger, hotter, bustier, pornstar type women.

MILFS of Sunville content is exaggerated, at times laughable, but always super lusty, busty stuff. There is no amateur vibe at all.
This isn’t a criticism of MILFS of Sunville content, more us conveying what to expect. Many people appreciate this sort of art. And on that note, the art is good, if not great at times.
The art is the centerpiece of a game that sorely lacks any decent erotica, or storyline. The dialogue is mostly shallow and predictable. But when you look at the content, that is to be expected. Its an old-school porn vibe where the plumber shows up to “clean the pipes.” Not saying that specific scenario plays out, only conveying the vibe to the audience.
In terms of the hardcore aspect. Yes, MILFS of Sunville offers very hardcore content. The sex scenes are intense and porn-like.
Overall, with little plot, shallow dialogue, the sometimes great graphics doesn’t push it into our top Steam adult games. But that doesn’t mean that MILFS of Sunville isn’t worth playing. Its an economical buy and again, if you are hyperfocused on graphics, you’ll probably dig it. Add on that the porn aspect of MILFS of Sunville is intense, and its an even bigger reason why someone might appreciate this work.
